| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should pause to |

| 17 | 17 | | specially recognize those outstanding teachers who have devoted their careers to providing the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | highest quality education for Tennessee's students; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Allen Davis is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished himself |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, a CTE auto maintenance teacher at Lebanon High School, Mr. Davis was |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | recently named the school's 2024–2025 Teacher of the Year, a most befitting honor for his |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | tenure as an educator, as it recognizes the positive influence he has on so many young lives; |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Allen Davis is an extremely talented and compassionate educator who has |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | worked assiduously throughout his fourteen-year career in education to motivate his students, |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | fellow teachers, and staff to reach their full potential as scholars, professionals, and citizens; |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Davis earned his occupational license to share his industry expertise |

| 30 | 30 | | with the next generation, serving as an exemplary model of practical and technical labor for his |

| 32 | 32 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Davis truly serves as an inspiration to the faculty and staff at Lebanon |
