A RESOLUTION to honor and congratulate Caleigh McGowan, 
Victory McKinnie, Morgan Crutcher, and 
Ke'Miyah Buggs of Fayette-Ware 
Comprehensive High School on being named to 
the Class 3A, District 14 All-District team. 
 
 WHEREAS, we are pleased to recognize and commend those successful high school 
athletes who, through their magnificent exploits, bring honor to Tennessee and serve as 
exceptional ambassadors of this State; and 
 WHEREAS, four such estimable individuals are Caleigh McGowan, Victory McKinnie, 
Morgan Crutcher, and Ke'Miyah Buggs of Fayette-Ware Comprehensive High School, athletes 
of extraordinary talent, skill, and dedication, who have proven themselves to be formidable 
competitors on the basketball court; and 
 WHEREAS, these four exceptional young women were recently named members of the 
Class 3A, District 14 All-District team in recognition of their excellence on the hardwood this 
past season for the Fayette-Ware Lady Wildcats; and 
 WHEREAS, Caleigh McGowan, Victory McKinnie, Morgan Crutcher, and Ke'Miyah 
Buggs epitomize all that is good in today's student athletes, as each one has achieved a high 
level of success in sports while evincing great character both on and off the court; and 
 WHEREAS, their notable achievements are a source of great pride for their families, 
their community, and their school, and it is appropriate that we recognize these accomplished 
athletes; now, therefore, 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTEENTH 
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, that we honor and congratulate 
Caleigh McGowan, Victory McKinnie, Morgan Crutcher, and Ke'Miyah Buggs of Fayette-Ware

Comprehensive High School on being named to the Class 3A, District 14 All-District team, 
wishing them much success and happiness in their future endeavors. 
 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriate copy of this resolution be prepared 
for presentation with this final clause omitted from such copy.
