| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this legislative body should pause to |

| 17 | 17 | | specially recognize those outstanding teachers who have devoted their careers to providing the |

| 18 | 18 | | highest quality education for Tennessee's students; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Michael Grader is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished |

| 20 | 20 | | himself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Michael Grader has recently been named the 2024–2025 Johnson |

| 22 | 22 | | Alternative Learning Center Teacher of the Year, a most befitting honor that recognizes the |

| 23 | 23 | | positive influence he has on so many young lives; and |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Grader is an extremely talented and compassionate educator who |

| 25 | 25 | | works assiduously to motivate his students to reach their full potential, both as scholars and as |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Grader serves as an inspiration to his colleagues and students alike, |

| 28 | 28 | | and his friendship and counsel are highly valued by those who are fortunate to know him; and |
