| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this legislative body should pause to |

| 17 | 17 | | specially recognize those outstanding teachers who have devoted their careers to providing the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | highest-quality education for Tennessee's students; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Rachel Miller is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished herself |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, a teacher at Pearl-Cohn High School, Ms. Miller was recently named the |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | school's 2024–2025 Teacher of the Year, a most befitting honor for her tenure as an educator, |

| 23 | 23 | | as it recognizes the positive influence she has on so many young lives; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Rachel Miller is an extremely talented and compassionate educator who |

| 25 | 25 | | has worked assiduously throughout her career in education to motivate her students, fellow |

| 26 | 26 | | teachers, and staff to reach their full potential as scholars, professionals, and citizens; and |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Miller truly serves as an inspiration to the faculty and staff at Pearl- |

| 28 | 28 | | Cohn High School, and her friendship and counsel are highly valued by those who are fortunate |
