12	12	A RESOLUTION to commend Natalie Pyron for exemplary service
13	13	as a legislative intern.

15	15	WHEREAS, each legislative session, this body is pleased to recognize certain persons
16	16	who have committed themselves, through their adroit service, to the betterment of the legislative
17	17	process; and
18	18	WHEREAS, Natalie Pyron is one such individual, who has distinguished herself in her
19	19	role as a legislative intern for Senator Todd Gardenhire; Ms. Pyron's work has resulted in
20	20	innumerable benefits for the legislators she assisted and the General Assembly as a whole; and
21	21	WHEREAS, a student at the University of Tennessee at Martin (UTM), where she is
22	22	highly regarded by her peers, Ms. Pyron has achieved academic success as she pursues a
23	23	history degree with a minor in political science while participating in numerous extracurricular
24	24	activities; and
25	25	WHEREAS, Ms. Pyron has served as a history intern at the Ames Plantation, a student
26	26	intern with UTM, and a docent intern with Discovery Park of America, and she has connected
27	27	with her community through civic and church involvement; and
28	28	WHEREAS, outside of her work as an intern, Natalie Pyron enjoys reading, hiking, and
29	29	traveling; and
30	30	WHEREAS, eager to familiarize herself with the characteristics and complexities of
31	31	Tennessee State government and to further her studies, Natalie Pyron brought her many
32	32	abilities and singular expertise to Capitol Hill for the 2025 session of the One Hundred
33	33	Fourteenth General Assembly; and
34	34	WHEREAS, throughout the 2025 legislative session, Ms. Pyron has surpassed all
35	35	criteria that define a devoted and conscientious legislative intern; and
36	36	WHEREAS, Natalie Pyron has performed her many duties with extraordinary insight and
37	37	rare decorum; now, therefore,

42	42	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTEENTH
43	43	GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, that we hereby commend Natalie
44	44	Pyron for outstanding service as a legislative intern for Senator Todd Gardenhire and extend to
45	45	her our best wishes for every future success.
46	46	BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriate copy of this resolution be prepared
47	47	for presentation with this final clause omitted from such copy.
