27 | 27 | | 400,000 students and instructors each year in middle schools, high schools, and colleges, |

28 | 28 | | focusing on 130 trade, technical, and skilled-service occupations; and |

29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, the New Prospect students who received gold medals were Adalyn Stutts |
