| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that we should pause to pay tribute to those students who, |

| 20 | 20 | | through their natural talents and unflagging commitment to academic excellence, have |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | distinguished themselves in the classroom; and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Nove'a Glennise Rippy is one such exceptional student, who was recently |

| 23 | 23 | | named Salutatorian of the 2025 graduating class at Whites Creek High School; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, through diligent study, steady composure during examinations, and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | steadfast commitment of time and talent Ms. Rippy has achieved outstanding academic success |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | and joined the ranks of the best and brightest students in Tennessee and our country; and |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, in her remarkable high school career, Nove'a Rippy has earned an |

| 28 | 28 | | exemplary grade point average while participating in numerous extracurricular activities; and |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Nove'a Rippy's display of intellectual aptitude and ambition surely bodes |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, her noteworthy achievement is a tremendous source of pride for her family, |
