| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this legislative body should pause to pay |

| 17 | 17 | | tribute to those students who, through their natural talents and unflagging commitment to |

| 18 | 18 | | academic excellence, have distinguished themselves in the classroom; and |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Abril Vera Espinoza is one such exceptional student, who was recently |

| 20 | 20 | | named Valedictorian of the 2025 graduating class at KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School; |
|---|

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, through diligent study, steady composure during examinations, and |

| 23 | 23 | | steadfast commitment of time and talent, Ms. Espinoza has achieved outstanding academic |
