| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this legislative body should pause to pay |

| 16 | 16 | | tribute to those students who, through their natural talents and unflagging commitment to |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | academic excellence, have distinguished themselves in the classroom; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Wan Shivan Tovi is one such exceptional student, who was recently named |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Salutatorian of the 2025 graduating class at James Lawson High School; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, through diligent study, steady composure during examinations, and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | steadfast commitment of time and talent, Ms. Tovi has achieved outstanding academic success |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | and joined the ranks of the best and brightest students in Tennessee and our country; and |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, in her remarkable high school career, Wan Tovi has earned an exemplary |

| 24 | 24 | | grade point average while participating in numerous extracurricular activities; and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, her display of intellectual aptitude and ambition surely bodes well for her |

| 26 | 26 | | future success; and |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Tovi's noteworthy achievement is a tremendous source of pride for her |
