| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this legislative body should pause to pay |

| 17 | 17 | | tribute to those students who, through their natural talents and unflagging commitment to |

| 18 | 18 | | academic excellence, have distinguished themselves in the classroom; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Josue Alonzo Pereira-Guillen is one such exceptional student, who was |

| 20 | 20 | | recently named Salutatorian of the 2025 graduating class at RePublic High School; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, through diligent study, steady composure during examinations, and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | steadfast commitment of time and talent, Josue Pereira-Guillen has achieved outstanding |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | academic success and joined the ranks of the best and brightest students in Tennessee and our |

| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, in his remarkable high school career, Mr. Pereira-Guillen has earned an |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Josue Pereira-Guillen's display of intellectual aptitude and ambition surely |
