| 10 | 10 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 242.042, Health and Safety Code, is | |
| 12 | 12 | amended by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | (e) The department shall post detailed compliance | |
| 14 | 14 | information regarding each institution licensed by the department, | |
| 15 | 15 | including the information an institution is required to make | |
| 16 | 16 | accessible by Subsection (c), on the department's website. The | |
| 17 | 17 | department shall update the website once a month to provide the most | |
| 18 | 18 | current compliance information regarding each institution. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
