O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1340 by Bonnen (Relating to an exemption from Texas Commission on Fire Protection training requirements for certain aircraft fire fighting and rescue fire protection personnel.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would allow a person to be appointed to an aircraft fire fighting and rescue fire protection position without completing the training and certification process if the person holds an Airport Operating Certificate and is employed at a Class IV airport, as described in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 14.
