| 12 | 12 | authority to enter into comprehensive development agreements | |
| 13 | 13 | provided by this section expires on August 31, 2011 [2009]. | |
| 14 | 14 | (i) The authority to enter into a comprehensive development | |
| 15 | 15 | agreement for a project exempted from Subsection (f) or Section | |
| 16 | 16 | 223.210(b) expires August 31, 2013 [2011]. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. Sections 370.305(d) and (f), Transportation | |
| 18 | 18 | Code, are amended to read as follows: | |
| 19 | 19 | (d) Except as provided by Subsections (e) and (f), the | |
| 20 | 20 | authority to enter into comprehensive development agreements under | |
| 21 | 21 | this section expires on August 31, 2011 [2009]. | |
