| 12 | 12 | (g-1) The grant agreement shall include a provision | |
| 13 | 13 | requiring that the grant recipient provide a health benefit plan to | |
| 14 | 14 | its employees used in any activity or project financed by the grant. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
