O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1637 by Turner, Chris (Relating to normal weekly hours of work under the shared work unemployment compensation program.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to normal weekly hours of work under the shared work unemployment compensation program.  Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
