| 12 | 12 | (b) Texas Native Plant Week may be regularly observed in | |
| 13 | 13 | public schools and other places with programs to appreciate, | |
| 14 | 14 | explore, and study Texas native plants. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. | |
