| 11 | 11 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 12 | | SECTION 1. Section 75.002, Civil Practice and Remedies |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Code, is amended by adding Subsection (g-1) to read as follows: |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | (g-1) Instead of the warning required by Subsection (g), any |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | outdoor premises the state or an agency of the state owns, operates, |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | or maintains and on which the recreational activities described in |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Subsection (e)(2) are conducted shall post and maintain a clearly |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | readable sign in a clearly visible location on or near the premises. |

| 19 | 19 | | The sign shall contain the following warning language: |

| 21 | 21 | | TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 75, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE) |
