| 9 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 728.002, Transportation Code, is amended | |
| 10 | 10 | by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: | |
| 11 | 11 | (d) This section does not prohibit the quoting of a price | |
| 12 | 12 | for a motor home, tow truck, or towable recreational vehicle at a | |
| 13 | 13 | show or exhibition described by Section 2301.358, Occupations Code. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 15 | 15 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 16 | 16 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 17 | 17 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 18 | 18 | Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
