| 7 | 7 | SECTION 1. Section 152.2201(c), Human Resources Code, is | |
| 8 | 8 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 9 | 9 | (c) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board | |
| 10 | 10 | members an annual salary set by the commissioners court at not less | |
| 11 | 11 | than $1,200 or more than $10,000 [$3,600] for the added duties | |
| 12 | 12 | imposed on the members. The salary shall be paid in equal monthly | |
| 13 | 13 | installments from the general fund of the county. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. | |
