| 14 | 14 | AUTHORITIES. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. Section 551.056, Government Code, is amended by | |
| 16 | 16 | adding Subsection (c-1) to read as follows: | |
| 17 | 17 | (c-1) A regional mobility authority described by Subsection | |
| 18 | 18 | (c)(6) must also post copies of minutes, or summaries thereof, | |
| 19 | 19 | approved at a meeting of its board of directors on the Internet | |
| 20 | 20 | website of the regional mobility authority. The posting shall be | |
| 21 | 21 | made within three working days following the meeting. | |
| 22 | 22 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
