| 8 | 8 | SECTION 1. Subchapter H, Chapter 2301, Occupations Code, is | |
| 9 | 9 | amended by adding Section 2301.363 to read as follows: | |
| 10 | 10 | Sec. 2301.363. REQUIRED NOTICE. A dealer that sells or | |
| 11 | 11 | exchanges a motor home or a towable recreational vehicle subject to | |
| 12 | 12 | inspection under Chapter 548, Transportation Code, shall notify the | |
| 13 | 13 | buyer in writing at the time of the sale or exchange that the motor | |
| 14 | 14 | vehicle is subject to inspection requirements. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. | |
