| 13 | 13 | The finance commission by rule shall establish a uniform process by | |
| 14 | 14 | which all financial institutions must make deposited funds, | |
| 15 | 15 | including funds deposited electronically, available to the holder | |
| 16 | 16 | of the deposit account into which the funds were deposited. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
