The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to allow a court to pay certain expenses of the juvenile case manager from the juvenile case manager fund. Local Government Impact The bill would allow additional uses of existing funds; therefore, there would be no fiscal impact unless those expenses are currently being paid by the court out of another fund, in which case the court would experience a savings in that fund.
