O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3880 by Miklos (Relating to the payment of certain costs and expenses of a juvenile case manager. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to allow a court to pay certain expenses of the juvenile case manager from the juvenile case manager fund. Local Government Impact The bill would allow additional uses of existing funds; therefore, there would be no fiscal impact unless those expenses are currently being paid by the court out of another fund, in which case the court would experience a savings in that fund.
