11 | 11 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
12 | 12 | SECTION 1. Article 45.056(d), Code of Criminal Procedure, | |
13 | 13 | is amended to read as follows: | |
14 | 14 | (d) Pursuant to Article 102.0174, the court may pay the | |
15 | 15 | salary, [and] benefits, training expenses, travel expenses, costs | |
16 | 16 | of office supplies, and other operating and maintenance costs of | |
17 | 17 | the juvenile case manager from the juvenile case manager fund. | |
18 | 18 | SECTION 2. Article 102.0174(g), Code of Criminal Procedure, | |
19 | 19 | is amended to read as follows: | |
20 | 20 | (g) A fund created under this section may be used only to | |
21 | 21 | finance the salary, [and] benefits, training expenses, travel | |
22 | 22 | expenses, costs of office supplies, and other operating and | |
23 | 23 | maintenance costs of a juvenile case manager employed under Article | |
24 | 24 | 45.056. | |
25 | 25 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
