| 12 | 12 | (e) The commission may not issue a flexible permit that does | |
| 13 | 13 | not comply with the applicable standards or requirements of the | |
| 14 | 14 | federal Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. Section 7401 et seq.). | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
