A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the transfer of funds to the water infrastructure fund
from the economic stabilization fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. During the 2010-2011 biennium, the comptroller
of public accounts shall transfer funds to the water infrastructure
fund from the economic stabilization fund as necessary to fulfill
the purposes of the water infrastructure fund as provided by
Section 15.973, Water Code.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009.
