The bill would authorize the commissioners court in certain counties to limit the number of dogs that an individual may keep at a residence located in a residential subdivision in the unincorporated area of the county. Based on the population criteria, provisions of the bill would apply to Bexar, Tarrant, Dallas, and Harris counties only.
