| 13 | 13 | exceed fifty dollars per day when a body is left at the medical | |
| 14 | 14 | examiner's office more than 24 hours after a release has been | |
| 15 | 15 | executed, except in an area of the state declared a Disaster Area by | |
| 16 | 16 | the governor of the State of Texas. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
