| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 25.1311, Government Code, is amended to | |
| 11 | 11 | read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 25.1311. KAUFMAN COUNTY. Kaufman County has the | |
| 13 | 13 | following statutory county courts: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) the County Court at Law of Kaufman County; [and] | |
| 15 | 15 | (2) the County Court at Law No. 2 of Kaufman County; | |
| 16 | 16 | and | |
| 17 | 17 | (3) the County Court at Law No. 3 of Kaufman County. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. The County Court at Law No. 3 of Kaufman County | |
| 19 | 19 | is created on the effective date of this Act. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
