| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Subchapter F, Chapter 431, Government Code, is | |
| 12 | 12 | amended by adding Section 431.091 to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | Sec. 431.091. FEASIBILITY STUDY: JOB TRAINING PROGRAM. | |
| 14 | 14 | The governor shall study the feasibility of establishing a job | |
| 15 | 15 | training program to enhance the employment opportunities of | |
| 16 | 16 | individuals who enlist in the Texas National Guard and begin the | |
| 17 | 17 | initial training program but who, for medical reasons, are unable | |
| 18 | 18 | to complete the initial training program. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
