| 11 | 11 | Sec. 501.0236. LABELING OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING | |
| 12 | 12 | BISPHENOL-A. A product containing bisphenol-A shall be | |
| 13 | 13 | conspicuously labeled with the warning "This product contains | |
| 14 | 14 | bisphenol-A, a chemical that has been shown to be a developmental, | |
| 15 | 15 | neural, and reproductive toxicant." | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
