| 8 | 8 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 9 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 21.067, Transportation Code, is amended | |
| 10 | 10 | to read as follows: | |
| 11 | 11 | Sec. 21.067. TEXAS AIRPORT DIRECTORY. (a) The department | |
| 12 | 12 | may: | |
| 13 | 13 | (1) issue the Texas Airport Directory; | |
| 14 | 14 | (2) sell advertising in the directory; and | |
| 15 | 15 | (3) advertise the [sale of the] directory in other | |
| 16 | 16 | publications. | |
| 17 | 17 | (b) The department may not [shall] charge a fee [not less | |
| 18 | 18 | than $5] for furnishing the Texas Airport Directory. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
