55 WHEREAS, Elizabeth Radicioni has been named the Clear Creek
66 Independent School District 2008-2009 Secondary Teacher of the
77 Year; and
88 WHEREAS, The prestigious Teacher of the Year award is
99 presented to an educator who demonstrates an outstanding teaching
1010 style and the ability to engage children, who is a leader on campus,
1111 who collaborates well with coworkers, and who communicates
1212 effectively with parents; and
1313 WHEREAS, A language arts teacher at Victory Lakes
1414 Intermediate School, Ms. Radicioni inspires a love of learning in
1515 her students that places them on the path to a bright and rewarding
1616 future; and
1717 WHEREAS, Children are the Lone Star State's most precious
1818 resource, and a quality education is vital in order for our young
1919 people to become successful adults; Ms. Radicioni exemplifies the
2020 qualities that make a truly great teacher, and she indeed merits
2121 special recognition; now, therefore, be it
2222 RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas
2323 hereby congratulate Elizabeth Radicioni on being named the Clear
2424 Creek Independent School District 2008-2009 Secondary Teacher of
2525 the Year and extend to her best wishes for continued success; and,
2626 be it further
2727 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2828 prepared for Ms. Radicioni as an expression of high regard by the
2929 Texas House of Representatives and Senate.
