| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Elizabeth Radicioni has been named the Clear Creek |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The prestigious Teacher of the Year award is |

| 9 | 9 | | presented to an educator who demonstrates an outstanding teaching |

| 10 | 10 | | style and the ability to engage children, who is a leader on campus, |

| 11 | 11 | | who collaborates well with coworkers, and who communicates |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | effectively with parents; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, A language arts teacher at Victory Lakes |

| 14 | 14 | | Intermediate School, Ms. Radicioni inspires a love of learning in |

| 15 | 15 | | her students that places them on the path to a bright and rewarding |

| 16 | 16 | | future; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Children are the Lone Star State's most precious |

| 18 | 18 | | resource, and a quality education is vital in order for our young |

| 19 | 19 | | people to become successful adults; Ms. Radicioni exemplifies the |

| 20 | 20 | | qualities that make a truly great teacher, and she indeed merits |

| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas |
