4	4	HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
5	5	WHEREAS, House Bill No. 4409 has been adopted by the senate
6	6	and the house of representatives and is being prepared for
7	7	enrollment; and
8	8	WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
9	9	corrected; now, therefore, be it
10	10	RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas, That
11	11	the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
12	12	to correct House Bill No. 4409 as follows:
13	13	(1) In SECTION 16 of the bill, in added Section 2210.072(a),
14	14	Insurance Code (conference committee report, page 12, line 7),
15	15	after "losses.", add "Public securities issued under this section
16	16	must be repaid within a period not to exceed 10 years, and may be
17	17	repaid sooner if the board of directors elects to do so and the
18	18	commissioner approves."
19	19	(2) In SECTION 16 of the bill, in added Section 2210.073(a),
20	20	Insurance Code (conference committee report, page 12, lines 28 and
21	21	29), strike "set by the commissioner by rule,".
22	22	(3) In SECTION 16 of the bill, in added Section 2210.074(a),
23	23	Insurance Code (conference committee report, page 13, line 12),
24	24	strike "as described by Subsection (c)." and substitute "as
25	25	described by Section 2210.075. Public securities issued under this
26	26	section must be repaid within a period not to exceed 10 years, and
27	27	may be repaid sooner if the board of directors elects to do so and
28	28	the commissioner approves."
