| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3646 has been adopted by the house of |

| 6 | 6 | | representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The bill contains technical and typographical |

| 9 | 9 | | errors that should be corrected; now, therefore, be it |

| 10 | 10 | | RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas, That |

| 11 | 11 | | the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |

| 12 | 12 | | to make the following corrections: |

| 13 | 13 | | (1) On page 6, line 13, strike "(d-2)" and substitute |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | "(d-3)". |

| 15 | 15 | | (2) On page 6, line 13, strike "(d-1)" and substitute |
|---|

| 17 | 17 | | (3) On page 42, line 21, strike "may be used that that |
