| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, In his championship match, Mr. Lee scored a decisive |

| 10 | 10 | | 8-1 victory over Trent Guerra of Arlington Bowie High School; it was |

| 11 | 11 | | a fitting end to a spectacular high school career for the Flower |

| 12 | 12 | | Mound wrestler, a perennial front-runner in the state standings who |

| 13 | 13 | | has compiled a stellar record of 105 wins and no losses in varsity |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Lee took home the 2008 championship in the |

| 16 | 16 | | 140-pound weight class and moved up to the 145-pound class for his |

| 17 | 17 | | 2009 triumph; both titles were accomplished under the guidance of |

| 18 | 18 | | veteran mentor Mike Prado, who has been the wrestling coach at |

| 19 | 19 | | Marcus High for the past six seasons; and |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, In winning back-to-back state championships and |

| 21 | 21 | | compiling an undefeated varsity record, Tyler Lee has distinguished |

| 22 | 22 | | himself as an athlete of rare talent and determination, and his |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | commitment to excellence is certain to serve him well in all of his |

| 24 | 24 | | future endeavors; now, therefore, be it |

| 25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 26 | 26 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Tyler Lee on winning his second |
