44 R E S O L U T I O N
55 WHEREAS, Michael Turner has graduated from the Justin
66 Community Volunteer Fire Department Academy, and this
77 accomplishment truly merits special recognition; and
88 WHEREAS, Serving the town of Justin in Denton County, the
99 courageous members of this volunteer fire department play a vital
1010 role in protecting the lives and property of their fellow citizens;
1111 and
1212 WHEREAS, Mr. Turner has completed the stringent training
1313 program required of volunteer firefighters, and by meeting the
1414 academy's requirements for graduation, he has won the respect and
1515 admiration of his peers and the gratitude of his community; and
1616 WHEREAS, The welfare of small towns across Texas is greatly
1717 enhanced by the heroism and dedication of volunteer firefighters,
1818 and Michael Turner may take justifiable pride in his commitment to
1919 serve and protect the citizens of Justin; now, therefore, be it
2020 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
2121 Legislature hereby congratulate Michael Turner on his graduation
2222 from the Justin Community Volunteer Fire Department Academy and
2323 that he be extended sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it
2424 further
2525 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2626 prepared for Mr. Turner as an expression of high regard by the Texas
2727 House of Representatives.
