 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Brandon Smith has graduated from the Justin
 Community Volunteer Fire Department Academy, and this
 accomplishment truly merits special recognition; and
 WHEREAS, Serving the town of Justin in Denton County, the
 courageous members of this volunteer fire department play a vital
 role in protecting the lives and property of their fellow citizens;
 and
 WHEREAS, Mr. Smith has completed the stringent training
 program required of volunteer firefighters, and by meeting the
 academy's requirements for graduation, he has won the respect and
 admiration of his peers and the gratitude of his community; and
 WHEREAS, The welfare of small towns across Texas is greatly
 enhanced by the heroism and dedication of volunteer firefighters,
 and Brandon Smith may take justifiable pride in his commitment to
 serve and protect the citizens of Justin; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Brandon Smith on his graduation
 from the Justin Community Volunteer Fire Department Academy and
 that he be extended sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it
 further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Mr. Smith as an expression of high regard by the Texas
 House of Representatives.
