| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Jarred Irby has graduated from the Justin Community |

| 6 | 6 | | Volunteer Fire Department Academy, and this accomplishment truly |

| 7 | 7 | | merits special recognition; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Serving the town of Justin in Denton County, the |

| 9 | 9 | | courageous members of this volunteer fire department play a vital |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | role in protecting the lives and property of their fellow citizens; |

|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Irby has completed the stringent training |

| 13 | 13 | | program required of volunteer firefighters, and by meeting the |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | academy's requirements for graduation, he has won the respect and |

| 15 | 15 | | admiration of his peers and the gratitude of his community; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The welfare of small towns across Texas is greatly |

| 17 | 17 | | enhanced by the heroism and dedication of volunteer firefighters, |

| 18 | 18 | | and Jarred Irby may take justifiable pride in his commitment to |

| 19 | 19 | | serve and protect the citizens of Justin; now, therefore, be it |

| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 21 | 21 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Jarred Irby on his graduation from |

| 22 | 22 | | the Justin Community Volunteer Fire Department Academy and that he |
