8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, This storied football program has now taken home |

9 | 9 | | eight state titles in its history, including back-to-back |

10 | 10 | | championship victories in 2007 and 2008; during the 2008 season, |

11 | 11 | | the team lost its starting quarterback to injury for several games |

12 | 12 | | and still managed to rack up 10 wins on the season, including two |

13 | 13 | | shutouts and one 62-point triumph; and |

14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, In their march to the state title, the Cougars |
