H.R. No. 1266
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their
memories of Darrell Bayer of Brenham, who passed away on November
14, 2007, at the age of 45; and
WHEREAS, A native of the Lone Star State, Mr. Bayer was born
in Houston on April 8, 1962; the son of Joyce and Virgil Bayer, he
graduated from Waltrip High School in 1980; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Bayer established a home in Brenham, where he
was employed as a machinist for MIC Group; he worked hard and
enjoyed fishing in his free time; and
WHEREAS, Darrell Bayer lived a caring and purposeful life,
and he will always be remembered with great admiration and
affection; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Darrell Bayer and
extend deepest sympathy to the members of his family: to his
daughter, Londan Bayer; to his parents, Joyce and Virgil Bayer; to
his brother, Scott Bayer; to his sister, Terry Gilbert, and her
husband, Paul; to his daughter's mother, Cherie Denham; and to his
other relatives and friends; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Darrell
Bayer.
