5	5	WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their
6	6	memories of Darrell Bayer of Brenham, who passed away on November
7	7	14, 2007, at the age of 45; and
8	8	WHEREAS, A native of the Lone Star State, Mr. Bayer was born
9	9	in Houston on April 8, 1962; the son of Joyce and Virgil Bayer, he
10	10	graduated from Waltrip High School in 1980; and
11	11	WHEREAS, Mr. Bayer established a home in Brenham, where he
12	12	was employed as a machinist for MIC Group; he worked hard and
13	13	enjoyed fishing in his free time; and
14	14	WHEREAS, Darrell Bayer lived a caring and purposeful life,
15	15	and he will always be remembered with great admiration and
16	16	affection; now, therefore, be it
17	17	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
18	18	Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Darrell Bayer and
19	19	extend deepest sympathy to the members of his family: to his
20	20	daughter, Londan Bayer; to his parents, Joyce and Virgil Bayer; to
21	21	his brother, Scott Bayer; to his sister, Terry Gilbert, and her
22	22	husband, Paul; to his daughter's mother, Cherie Denham; and to his
23	23	other relatives and friends; and, be it further
24	24	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
25	25	prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
26	26	Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Darrell
27	27	Bayer.
