| 7 | 7 | | finalist in the 2008-2009 National Hispanic Recognition Program; |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, An initiative of the College Board, the National |

| 10 | 10 | | Hispanic Recognition Program honors those Hispanic students who |

| 11 | 11 | | score well on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholar Qualifying |

| 12 | 12 | | Test and who maintain a satisfactory grade point average; and |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Gabriel Castillo, this outstanding |

| 14 | 14 | | young Texan is a member of the student council and devotes time to |

| 15 | 15 | | teaching Sunday school at St. Jude Catholic Church; moreover, she |

| 16 | 16 | | is a dedicated student who has a 96.78 grade point average, and she |

| 17 | 17 | | plans to further her education at the University of Arizona; and |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Soon to embark on an exciting new chapter in her |

| 19 | 19 | | life, Kaileigh Castillo may indeed reflect with pride on her |

| 20 | 20 | | numerous accomplishments and look with anticipation toward a bright |

| 21 | 21 | | and promising future; now, therefore, be it |
