| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Bill and Dottie Kyle of Salado celebrated their 50th |

| 6 | 6 | | wedding anniversary on April 11, 2009, and they may indeed reflect |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Bill Kyle and the former Dottie Parker exchanged the |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | vows of matrimony in 1959, and over the course of their marriage, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | they have found in one another a loving life partner; Mr. Kyle |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | served in the U.S. Navy and is retired from Texas Instruments; Mrs. |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Kyle worked for Scott & White Hospital; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Kyle count among their blessings a fine |

| 14 | 14 | | family that includes two children and their spouses, Warren Kyle |

| 15 | 15 | | and his wife, Patti, and Alan Kyle and his wife, Cheryl, as well as |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | six grandchildren, with whom they share the many special occasions |

| 17 | 17 | | of life; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, For half a century, Bill and Dottie Kyle have |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |

| 21 | 21 | | therefore, be it |

| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
