44 R E S O L U T I O N
55 WHEREAS, Bill and Dottie Kyle of Salado celebrated their 50th
66 wedding anniversary on April 11, 2009, and they may indeed reflect
77 with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; and
88 WHEREAS, Bill Kyle and the former Dottie Parker exchanged the
99 vows of matrimony in 1959, and over the course of their marriage,
1010 they have found in one another a loving life partner; Mr. Kyle
1111 served in the U.S. Navy and is retired from Texas Instruments; Mrs.
1212 Kyle worked for Scott & White Hospital; and
1313 WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Kyle count among their blessings a fine
1414 family that includes two children and their spouses, Warren Kyle
1515 and his wife, Patti, and Alan Kyle and his wife, Cheryl, as well as
1616 six grandchildren, with whom they share the many special occasions
1717 of life; and
1818 WHEREAS, For half a century, Bill and Dottie Kyle have
1919 brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it
2020 is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now,
2121 therefore, be it
2222 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
2323 Legislature hereby congratulate Bill and Dottie Kyle on their
2424 golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes
2525 for continued happiness; and, be it further
2626 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2727 prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Kyle as an expression of high regard by
2828 the Texas House of Representatives.
