H.R. No. 1859
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned five
decades, William and Mary Krause celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary on June 1, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Krause exchanged the vows of matrimony
in Pawnee on that special day in 1957, and over the course of their
marriage, they have found in each other a devoted life partner; and
WHEREAS, Proud parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Krause
count among their blessings a fine family that includes their
children, William Krause, Jr., and his wife, Patricia, Kirk Krause,
and Kimberly Browne and her husband, Ross, three grandsons, Shane,
Bobby, and Cody, and a great-grandson, Tyler, with whom they
treasure sharing the many special occasions of life; and
WHEREAS, Looking back over the past half-century, William and
Mary Krause can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and know
that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that many
more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate William and Mary Krause on their
50th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for
continued happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Krause as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
