| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned five |

| 6 | 6 | | decades, William and Mary Krause celebrated their 50th wedding |

| 7 | 7 | | anniversary on June 1, 2007; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Krause exchanged the vows of matrimony |

| 9 | 9 | | in Pawnee on that special day in 1957, and over the course of their |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | marriage, they have found in each other a devoted life partner; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Proud parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Krause |

| 12 | 12 | | count among their blessings a fine family that includes their |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | children, William Krause, Jr., and his wife, Patricia, Kirk Krause, |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | and Kimberly Browne and her husband, Ross, three grandsons, Shane, |

| 15 | 15 | | Bobby, and Cody, and a great-grandson, Tyler, with whom they |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | treasure sharing the many special occasions of life; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Looking back over the past half-century, William and |

| 18 | 18 | | Mary Krause can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and know |

| 19 | 19 | | that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that many |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |

| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 22 | 22 | | Legislature hereby congratulate William and Mary Krause on their |

| 23 | 23 | | 50th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
