5	5	WHEREAS, The Riverside Dental Center in Waco marked the first
6	6	anniversary of its beneficial partnership with the City of Waco and
7	7	area health agencies on October 2, 2008; and
8	8	WHEREAS, This collaborative effort promotes oral health care
9	9	by providing examinations, evaluations, and treatment for area
10	10	residents who lack these services; it is supported by the resources
11	11	of the Waco-McLennan County Public Health District and the Heart of
12	12	Texas Community Health Center in addition to those of the city, with
13	13	treatment being provided by Riverside's accomplished
14	14	professionals; and
15	15	WHEREAS, Comprehensive dental care is an important component
16	16	of overall health, and this proactive program is making a positive
17	17	difference in the lives of numerous Central Texas residents; now,
18	18	therefore, be it
19	19	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
20	20	Legislature hereby congratulate the Riverside Dental Center on its
21	21	partnership with the City of Waco, the Waco-McLennan County Public
22	22	Health District, and the Heart of Texas Community Health Center and
23	23	extend to all those involved in this helpful initiative sincere
24	24	best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
25	25	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
26	26	prepared for the Riverside Dental Center as an expression of high
27	27	regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
