44 R E S O L U T I O N
55 WHEREAS, Aundrea Williams of Girl Scouts of San Jacinto has
66 attained the Gold Award, the highest commendation in Girl Scouting;
77 and
88 WHEREAS, To achieve this distinction, a young woman must meet
99 requirements that promote community service, personal growth,
1010 positive values, and leadership skills; in addition, she must plan
1111 and implement a special Girl Scout Gold Award project of at least 50
1212 work hours that meets a need in her community; and
1313 WHEREAS, Ms. Williams has proven herself to be an exemplary
1414 and productive member of the Girl Scouts and her community, and she
1515 may reflect with great pride on a job well done; now, therefore, be
1616 it
1717 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
1818 Legislature hereby congratulate Aundrea Williams on her receipt of
1919 the Girl Scout Gold Award and extend to her best wishes for the
2020 coming years; and, be it further
2121 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2222 prepared for Ms. Williams as an expression of high regard by the
2323 Texas House of Representatives.
