7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, These notable young Texans have excelled in a |

8 | 8 | | variety of extracurricular activities and have proven themselves |

9 | 9 | | scholastically exceptional by inclusion on the A-B Honor Roll; and |

10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, It is important for all citizens to have an |

11 | 11 | | understanding of the process of government so that they may be |
---|
12 | 12 | | involved and fulfill their duties as citizens; and |

13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, The Texas Capitol is an ideal setting for students |

14 | 14 | | to discover the rich heritage of the Lone Star State and to gain |

15 | 15 | | insight into the workings of the state legislature, and it is a |

16 | 16 | | pleasure to recognize the visiting members of the Greenville |

17 | 17 | | Christian School community; now, therefore, be it |

18 | 18 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
