| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Andy Meiron has distinguished himself in his work |

| 6 | 6 | | with Taylor County Child Protective Services over the course of the |

| 7 | 7 | | past seven years, and his achievements have been of great |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | assistance to area residents; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Meiron's efforts to foster constructive working |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | relationships between his agency and local law enforcement |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | departments have proved invaluable to all involved and have allowed |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | officials to respond to incidents in an efficient and effective |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | manner; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This caring professional served previously as a |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | juvenile probation officer and a unit manager at Woods Behavioral |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Healthcare; he is a graduate of McMurry University, where he earned |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | a bachelor's degree in communications; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Meiron enjoys the love and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | support of his wife, Pat, who works at Dyess Air Force Base, and his |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | two sons, Hunter and Will; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Experienced, skilled, and dedicated, Andy Meiron is |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | ably fulfilling his mission of helping to safeguard the youth of |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Taylor County, and he may take justifiable pride in a job well done; |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | now, therefore, be it |

| 25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 26 | 26 | | Legislature hereby honor Andy Meiron for his accomplishments as an |

| 27 | 27 | | employee of Taylor County Child Protective Services and extend to |

| 28 | 28 | | him sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
